Dry Brushing

▪️Dry Bushing▪️

Who has heard of it?

When I initially heard of it, I truthfully didn’t think that much about it, but when I’ve done it consistently, it has been so great for my skin.

As you know, I have very sensitive skin. So, at first, I was a little apprehensive thinking it’s going to irritate my skin or make it raw or just cause it to look really red, BUT I was so excited to know that was NOT true for me!珞

Some benefits of dry brushing are:

Exfoliating the skin

Stimulating the lymphatic system

Increase energy

Increase circulation

Help the body rid itself of toxins

Stimulate the nervous system

The best time to dry brush is right before a shower NOT in the shower!

➡️When you first begin, only do it a couple days of week and work up from there, realizing that everyone’s skin is different. It is recommended to not dry brush your face because it is more sensitive.

林After dry brushing and showering, apply lotion to help put moisture back into your skin.

You will need a natural bristled brush that you can find on Amazon
