✨If you have different food needs or allergies in your family here is a great idea!

✨Use different shaped or style of food containers to easily decipher. 

✨I have standard square glass containers with bamboo lids for the family, and used circle glass containers with bamboo lids for all my gluten free items. 

✨Still esthetically pleasing, but also efficient! And for those who have been to our home, you know our pantry is a huge focal point in our kitchen with the farmhouse glass door!

Coffee Tips and Tricks

✨Coffee on an empty stomach can cause anxiety

✨The most optimal time to drink coffee is about 90-120 minutes after you get up. 

✨It is best to drink coffee after you have eaten.

✨Taking your vitamins and coffee at the same time can diminish the effectiveness of your supplements due to the acidity.

✨I recently discovered a product called Get Off Your Acid that you can put in your coffee to reduce the acidity in it to help with overall gut health! They made unflavored and flavored kinds. So far I am loving it!

✨There are more than 28 different bacterias in a single batch of sauerkraut.

✨When you eat foods with probiotics it is more likely the good bacteria will reach your intestines since it is in a food form.

✨It contains natural enzymes and fiber which is great for gut health.

✨Heating it can cause some of the good bacteria to be destroyed.
