Dairy Swaps

✨As part of this new health endeavor I completed a food sensitivities test, one of the many things that came up was dairy. I am going 100% gluten free due to Hashimotos, but also being mindful of my food sensitivities as these can translate into inflammation in the gut which then leads to Leaky Gut which then can cause many autoimmune issues if left untreated. So far, these are a few of the dairy swaps I have found and like so far. 

✨Kite Hill (cream cheese, and butter)

✨Siggis Coconut Yogurt (10 grams of protein)

✨Forager (milk, yogurt, ice cream, sour cream)

✨So Delicious (I have heard iffy things about this company, but their coconut unflavored creamer is a good swap for half and half)
