Castor Oil Packs

✨This process helps increase the circulation of your lymphatic system.

✨Your lymphatic system is what holds on to toxins, infections, metals, dead cells, and debris in your body.

✨Your lymphatic system is essentially your bodies “sewage system”.

✨ So when your lymphatic system is backed up or not working properly your body is holding in to these toxins which can then lead to other issues like inflammation, food sensitivities, depressed immune system, etc.

✨This simple process can help!

Sole Water

✨Sole water helps improve hydration.

✨Real salt has great electrolyte properties.

✨Helps promote detoxification, and flushes out toxins.

✨Can improve skin clarity.

✨Helps improve your energy.

✨Helps balance out the pH levels in the body.

How to make it;

Glass Mason Jar

1-2 Cups of Himalayan salt

Filtered water

Fill mason jar to the 1/4 mark with salt

Add filtered water until there is about an inch on top

Put the lid on and shake to help combine

Let it sit overnight.

In the morning if all of the salt is dissolved add a little more and let it sit again overnight. You will repeat this until there is a little bit of salt still remaining at the bottom. This means that the water is fully saturated and your sole water is ready.

Store your Sole water at room temperature or pantry until it is gone.

It will not go bad due to the salt and its preservation properties.

How to use it;

Mix 1 teaspoon of the tonic in a glass of water and sip it first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) make sure to use a plastic or glass spoon when measuring it since salt and metal do not mix.

Blue Light, Circadian Rhythm, and Sleep

No bright light between 10pm-4am for better sleep.

If you use your phone at night turn it on dark mode or red light mode. *Phones often cause issues because they are held so close to our face/eyes*

If you watch tv at night before bed, make sure you are not in a pitch black room and have some slight other light/dim light in the room.

No bright lights in the room before bed, keep a reddish tone.

You want Blue Light  (UVB) in the mornings, this helps your body with your natural circadian rhythm.

If you go out and get at least 20 minutes of sunshine on your bare skin it will help improve your over all health and mood.

You want the UVB (blue light) to penetrate your eyes in the morning this is the key time for your body and brain to absorb the natural light.

Humans are one of the few mammals that can only absorb UVB thru their eyes due to how thick our skull is.

10-30 minutes of natural outdoor light will help with your overall sleep, it helps with your circadian rhythm and sets the tone for your day.

If you are waking up at 3-4am and not able to fall back to sleep it is often times due to your circadian rhythm being off which could be caused by not enough natural sunlight in the morning, too much blue light at night before bed, or going to bed too soon.  Another issue could be caffeine after 2pm.
